This is a full arch restoration,
beginning with the upper arch. The
patient presents a cross bite, and
wants to move the bite into a Class II,
with normal overlap.
The doctor will seat the upper first and
at the time of seating the upper, he will
prep the lower arch for a distal
extension restoration.
The upper consist of single PVC's #
2,7,8,9,10,11,15 and bridge for # 3x6
and 12x14.
I will be posting the lower along with
photo in the future of the completed
case.
